PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
Kingston E-liquids in no way advertise any of our products as a cure to quit smoking; however it does aid the addiction of nicotine which is found in cigarettes. The Electronic cigarette (E-cig) transports nicotine to a person via the e-liquid. We abide to quality control regulations (QCR) to ensure that all our products are safe and have test certificates. Nicotine is classed as a poison and is addictive as well as harmful to your health. Please consult a health professional before using any of our products. If you fail to do this you cannot hold Kingston E-liquids responsible in any way for the outcome of using our products. All product use and consumption is done at the customers own risk as per the liability section of the terms and conditions.

*If you suffer from propylene glycol (PG) allergies that are contained in our E-liquids it is advised that you speak to a doctor before using our electronic cigarettes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use this website for purchases you may be asked to register for an account on our site and provide truthful information when asked for. You must be above 18 years of age to use any of the products on this website. Kingston E-liquids reserves the right to refuse delivery to any person under suspicion of being under age. We may ask for a valid form of ID which includes a driver’s license or a valid passport. You will be required to submit these to sales@kingstoneliquids.co.uk upon request.

THIRD PARTIES
We use third party couriers when posting our items and cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen items in the post. This is the sole responsibility of the courier. We can provide proof that your order has been sent out via invoices and processing data. Refunds or replacement products will not be provided unless otherwise advised by a Kingston E-liquids representative.

RETURNS POLICY
Refunds are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging. If your item is faulty we retain the right issue a refund or a credit note as a replacement. Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the purchase or if the problem is due to you. It’s your responsibility to return the items to us and needs to be done promptly at your cost. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for more information.
