We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any used vape devices, opened pods, or consumable products (e.g. oils, edibles) unless faulty.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sales@darwincbd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
