Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any used vape devices, opened pods, or consumable products (e.g. oils, edibles) unless faulty.
How to Request a Return

Email us at sales@darwincbd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
